All Clients agreed to our policies before we provide our services to them.
All services are charged at a price quoted in our online booking system or by written quote. A minimum charge is applied to all services. Clients who book weekly bi-weekly or monthly services qualify for discounted rates. After your initial clean we can provide you with the specific rate customized if requested
All clients must pay for the first service in full by cash or interact email money transfer At the time of their appointment, including 5% tax.
All appointment times are approximate. Please allow one hour window for appointment times (30 minutes for 9 AM start times). Many variables can affect our arrival times, such as weather and road conditions (especially in the winter), client cancellations, lockouts, appointments that may take longer than expected, etc. for hourly appointments, we reserve your appointment block for the time you booked(example: 9am -12pm only).
Access to home
Providing your cleaning team with a key, leaving a key in your mailbox (in an envelope with The real housecleaners written on the front), or providing us with a door or garage code is the most efficient way to provide us with accessed to your home. I understand that any keys I provide will be labelled with a number and assign to your cleaning consultant and will be returned at your request.
Please close doors to any room you don’t wish to be cleaned. If a door is closed, we will not enter that room.
Cancellations & Lockouts
If it is necessary to cancel your appointment, please notify our office in writing by email or text message a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment start time. If We receive less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged $50
The safety of our staff is our top priority as employers we are committed to our staff safety and require our employees to refrain from climbing ladders higher than two stops or lifting or moving objects weighing more than 50 pounds.
Our staff cannot clean bodily fluids, pet accidents or any other substance or item which may pose a health or safety hazard to our employees. We reserve the right to remove an employee from a job site at any time if their safety is a concern or they feel uncomfortable.
